What to do if you see your healthcare provider listed more than once in your Linked Sources section.

It's incredibly unlikely but if you do see a source you have linked to listed more than once in your Linked Sources section you may end up seeing duplicated records in the app. The simplest solution is to remove each copy of source and then reconnect to that source. Your original records will not be affected and this process will remove any duplicates.

To remove a linked source:

  1. Visit Linked Sources

  1. Select the menu for the source and select Remove

  1. Repeat for each duplicate of the same source

  2. Add the source again
