Before you begin make sure you have access to your DigiD verify app, your email, and your phone.

To start select 'Find your records' from the home screen

Then find your first hospital or GP (you can add others later).

Once selected you will be directed to your hospital's or GP's login flow. This will require that you use your DigiD login.

Once verified you will be asked to give digi.me consent to view your medical records. Select Yes to continue.

As soon as digi.me receives confirmation that you have allowed access to import your records you will be prompted to create your account.

Follow the prompts to verify your email address and create your own password.

You will receive an email from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com with a verification code.

Once entered you will need to set up an additional level of security in the form of text message verification. Enter your phone number and then select 'Send code' or 'Call me' if you can't receive text messages.

You will receive a text from 'msverify' that includes a code you will need to enter.

Once verified you will be taken to your newly imported medical records.

From here you can explore your records by using the top and left navigation.
